What are your food safety standards and certifications?
Our manufacturing plants are certified to the highest GFSI standards (BRC and SQF). The manufacturing facility in the United States is also Kosher Certified. We regularly conduct a series of food safety and quality audits and follow rigorous procedures to ensure the safety of our employees and quality assurance. How do you handle returns and customer service issues?
According to SQF compliance, we cannot accept returns. If you are experiencing any quality issues or concerns, please visit our Contact Us page and provide the product name, expiration date, and lot number.
